Someone using the names Sylvie Kobollti aka Sylvie ‘Crane and Diane Campbell (has many fake profiles and aliases, see below) has inserted herself back into the animal rescue community, allegedly money and dogs unaccounted for and attempts at tracking down the person has been unsuccessful so far. This may be two different women doing a very similar scam, or it could be the work of one woman. I have compiled a list of the confirmed fake profile names and accounts, of which, many have been created by this person in a smear campaign by her to discredit those individuals who dare to expose her scams and even crosspost them on the internet. That said, by reading and sharing you will help us educate our animal rescue friends and most importantly, help protect the animals. The animals are who she is hurting the most and they need our help to stop her. Below are some pics from internet, fb, a photo of her I found thru Google, and if you too use Google and Facebook to search her you’ll see many people who have recent scam stories and are comparing notes on her – She tends to focus on the animal rescue communtiy but isn’t past scamming the random man. At the very bottom are links to posts and aricles written by other people in the rescue community who, like me, have been targetted by her for harrassment and slander by her for exposing her.
There are two stories with pics of the dogs she victimized that are posted on Facebook – (if you know of others please send them to me) This is what the victims look like, not just people in the animal rescue community, but sweet innocent dogs who have already been through so much. We see these dogs and we want to help, she sees them and sees dollar signs. My personal experience with her went from: She was emailing me (and my daughter) along with many other people who she saw on a death row dogs thread trying to get people to donate to her, saying she was going to pull, and that was AFTER the shelter told her, as well as everyone else on that thread, that they would not release the dog to her. She does this all the time, emailing people she finds on a thread, writing things like “I WILL PULL”, NO ONE ELSE WILL HELP!” “MUST OR THIS DOG WILL DIE!!” … to her calling me and people I know harrassing us to remove this post, and she tried to ruin my name by posting lies about me on Facebook and WordPress.com to get back at me for posting her scams here by accussing me of doing the same thing she’s accused of doing. But she’s known for doing that to people when they expose her, she tries to turn the tables on them and if that doesn’t work she’sll just make up lies and threaten to post them on the internet about you. She’s famous for it. My experience with her is typical of everyone else’s experiences with her, some are worse than others, but that’s not the worst part, the REAL VICTIMS have no voice, and that’s why I’m doing this even though I’m being harrassed. The ones who suffer the most from her scams need us to help stop her.
She likes to message people she sees on death row dogs picture threads talking about pulling the dog and taking it to a place of business she was once associated with, which when looked up by a friend of mine was a vet or pet store – I think name of it was Pet Palace? A friend of mine looked that place up and said that the only place with that name is a very small veterinarians office. She never has normal plans for dog she is trying to pull. Most rescues don’t just pull with no plan, no place to take the dog, she just wants to pull with no foster or anyone offering a home. She’ll say she’ll put it in boarding or take to her Pet Palace, where she was rumored to work at at one time. It doesn’t seem like she would be able to scam like she is, but rips loads and loads of people off. Will lay low for a while then come back with a vengeance and rip off a bunch of people again. Please warn your friends and be careful, she will be back maybe with different name but same style of con. There is a special place in hell for people like her.
What kind of black hearted person could take money that’s intended for an animal in need and never pass it on, where it’s so badly needed, and especially post that she’s going to pull a dog after taking money to pull, making ppl think dog will be saved and then no one show up to save the dog, and then that dog gets pts. It’s so sad, animals are paying the price with their lives and after everything they’ve already been through!

If this is true, and you guys have proof, then why not contact the federal authorities?? I’m sort of confused about the whole thing, but if I knew this for sure that she was stealing donations that were intended to be used towards animals, I’d take whatever time it took to research who it is I had to contact and let them know about her fraudulent activities.

This IS one of the photos I’ve seen of her. Two sure things when you see her comments – she makes absolutely no sense. She is rhetorical and her writing is extremely child-like. She will constantly refer to how much she loves her dogs, but there are no facts, no details about adoptions.
When I dealt with her as Sylvie last year, she was VERY AGGRESSIVE. Sought me out in May from a string of tags on Boward County, GA animal control photos – it was a family with puppies and several of us were going back and forth trying to get a rescue to pull. I merely stated, I’ll check with my husband to see if I can help. AND THAT WAS IT – she went after me, she sent me several messages, then found my phone number (I’ve since gotten very FB smart), called me, went on and on (she speaks so quickly, I couldn’t keep up with her, that’s the way she wants it!). She had a 312 cell number. She called me several times. I realized early on what was going on, why would a complete stranger be so willing to offer to start a chip-in for me so that I could get money for the dogs? She used terms like, “I’ve got you. My people will make sure you get lots of money for them” She told me, “Don’t worry, you stick them in your garage. You care for them there. They don’t know any better. Tell your husband you’re saving lives!”
At one point, I was communicating with some of the ladies trying to save this young family and she IM’d me telling me things like, “I’m reading what they’re saying. Tell them you have a chip-in! Tell them you have a chip-in! we can save them and gets lots of cash!” She did everything in the background. She went after several people who confronted her and told her, Stay out of this. I know about you. And when she confronted them, she made absolutely no sense at all. Her writing is awful.
I wasn’t privy to her likes back then. I didn’t know that she had several aliases, but it was obvious that she was trying to get over on me. Finally, after listening and watching I told her that I didn’t need her help. She copied me on a few emails to people urging for money for this little family that she had nothing to do with, and it was from a Blue Dog account. I have all of the details and I’ll be pulling them out.
Two things to note – she follows two different formats to her madness. As Isabella Ruth, she portrayed herself to be an actual rescuer and would list LOTS of photos of dogs she had, but all litter after litter of puppies. Where is she getting all of these litters from? If they’re even her photos. As Isabella last year she mentioned her grandmother dying and that she did not speak English.
As Sylvie last year, when she wanted to start the chip-in (I had no idea that they were the same person until recently, the photos of Isabella – she looks to have put on a little weight and she seems older than the Sylvie that I had photos of from last year), she would list photos of dogs in pounds and shelters that needed chip-ins, that need vet care, that needed boarding, etc;
The Diane Campbell’s writing, matches the writing style that I keep referring to.
I’m sharing this link on my wall and want to thank you for doing this. This person is out to get money by any means.

Make no mistakke this woman whoever she is was key in helping me to pull 2 dogs here in Southern California ..I pulled them ans brought them to their fosters and I know where both these dogs are now.I truly believe this woman is mentally ill as well as has split/multiple personalities !!!

That was me, my account was deactivated by facebook with no warning. I did deactivate the other one as soon as they gave me back my profile. They won’t let me call it Kimberly Calling Angels except for my alternative name and I can keep it in my url. They said they are cracking down on fake profiles and I was required to send a copy of my i.d. to appeal it and get my profile reinstated. I just contacted the lawyer who’s number was posted in this thread. There is NO alicia greene at that lawfirm! He told me I was the second person to call and ask about diane cambell. In his words, “she’s a scam artist I represented 10 yrs ago”. He recomended the local authorites be called if she is still stealing money.

Diane or whoever this sick person is has repeatedly called me gay and a faggot and I have the inboxes to prove it some of which I posted here..she called me again early this morning,the same usual cowardly restricted number but this time she left 5 harassing voice mails so now it know it is in fact her who has been calling me for several months now and hanging up..last Monday I called the LAPD here in LA and reported harassing phone calls from a restricted number at that point I had no proof as to who it was,,they simply said in 2 voice mails PUSSY and YOUR DEAD,,the officer said I could only file a phone harassment report which I did,and he also told me as soon as I get the police report in the mail to call my cell provider and demand the number that is restricted,,he also said if they call and leave harassing voice messages again,to call the officer and they will open a case with the LAPD Detective squad well guess what?? now that I have her 5 messages she left this morning,this is exactly what I am going to do !!!!

I find it very ironic that both of the ‘newest aliases’ that are typically updated daily no longer exist. Why would she remove both of those profiles if she had nothing to hide? Nothing like making yourself obvious, or anything.
This is one of the saddest, most pathetic things that I’ve ever read. Hopefully, someone will gather up enough information to have a legal case against her. She must suffer disciplinary consequences for her actions. What she has done and what she is still trying to do is a crime.

Daine Campbell had someone in Miami Florida pull a dog named Jewel and had her transported to CT to her(neighbor???). Now no one has seen the dog yet. She was asked repeatedly to send pictures of which she has refused. There was some investigation done on her and a house in CT found that she used to live in. The landlard was contacted and stated she moved. Also Have the tranpsort information and contact people as Diane Campbell and a male person. There was an investigation done to get this male persons phone number. a woman answered the phone, sounded scared, claimed they had the dog, but refused pictres, then the husban dhung the phone up. Now once this dog was pulled she wass brought to a vet of whcich Diane used her CC# to pay, but disputed the rest of the bill once the dog got out an d on transport. Diane has told people she ate the dog. She even refused a picture of the dog to the puller in Miami, who BTW, had no idea who Diane really was about. No one has seen Jewel again. And even the supposide owners, after hearing the story via phone, refused to send pictures. Diane has since blocked me from her FB page, even though I never posted on her page. But becasue I am with a rescue, I was sent a link for Urgetn 2 dog, wehn I clicked on the link, low and behold there was Diane Campbell trying to get dogs out of there asap. aslo funding. I called her out on there link(sorry for the dog), but a perfect warning for people not to let her have the dog, and she had a fit and a 1/2, cussing up a storm, etc. Then Viv, the examiner reporter for NE, jumped in asking questions. Then she question me by her own solicitation, via FB PM. When I explained to her about Diane and then also Buddies rescue, she then talked with Diane, and of course Diane, who supports Buddies rescue, stated I was a liar and just trying to get at her because of Buddies Rescue. So with taht Viv, emailed me and blasted me out of the water. Taking Diane’s side with just a phone conversation. Well Viv, now you know about Diane! This guy is clearly DERANGED!!! He is running an ILLEGAL transport business for shelter rescue animals – illegal because to be a paid contract carrier under the Animal Welfare Act “you have to be licensed and registered with the USDA” for the safety and protection of the animals! HE IS NOT! He also would most likely be denied a license due to his criminal record! As he claimed Pupz and Palz (who are wonderful, legitimate rescuers) “has ruined his transport business with vicious lies made up about him to ruin his reputation”, he has also done this to me as well, while also posting a photo of himself on Facebook “pointing a gun” stating “Hey Tina Pollard I’ve got a little something for You” – what an F**king Moron!!! I went to Court and got a restraining order against him, only it was this jackass who was taking me to Court claiming “I was cyber bullying him” (ROFL!) – he talked all his big talk on Facebook that he would see me in Court a couple of weeks ago, yet little sissypants didn’t bother to show up – he was home on Facebook trashing other legitimate rescuers while I was providing a 4″ folder of written documentation and threats against other rescuers and myself to the Judge! LOL!
Don’t you just love Stupid people! Talk about calling the kettle black – OMG!
P.S. That Idiot writes above: “I went to the LAPD today Detective devision along with the reporter that wrote the story on this BITCH,they said there is nothing they can do at this point because her threats in messages to me on the phone are from another state !!!!!” – He has never set foot in a police station here in California, there is no such thing called LAPD Detective Division, you go to the Division where either you live or the crime occured and it is handled by that Division’s Detectives – there is a reason why he won’t show up in a Court Room, and why he won’t go to a police station – hmmmm, why do you think people with criminal records don’t like going to those kind of places, maybe a little unfinished business in his past with the Law??? He is the person who stalks, bullies and threatens other people, then cries to everyone “that he is the victim of other people out to ruin him” – Give me an F**KING BREAK! He is the victim of his own self!!! So unimportant and insignificant he has to trash other people on Facebook to get a little attention! Well, he has clearly threatened, bullied, stalked and harrassed the wrong person! There are other police reports filed with the authorities in the State’s where he made the other threats above to the radio people and a US Senator, and now that those have been discovered – STAND BY!
I’m sorry for not knowing who’s right and who’s wrong, but this is gone completely off the subject of this post and I don’t want any part of any slandering for revenge! I deleted the comments and suggest whoever the liar is it’s one of you, one of you is lying and to you fuck off for trying to use my blog for slandering a good person! How DARE you get on MY of all people, an animal activist’s blog where I stand up for the voiceless, the victimized and you come on my blog and bully someone. I cannot believe the nerve.
And you are both in my network so it really puts me in an uncomfortable spot. It’s usually those that are called OUT who do the slandering, harrassing and bashing of the legitimate people who have the guts to OUT them for the sake of these animals! I’m not about to continue being STALKED, HARRASSED, or THREATENED by this guy any longer and took the appropriate action against him! The TRUTH ALWAYS PREVAILS!
Yeah except Diane had a brain in her head and could really do damage where Beast is just a hateful strange old woman who’s never stood for anything besides her wallet and isn’t really hurting anyone but herself and any animals entrusted in her care.
Until I get the facts any comments showing the slandering between these two will remain hidden – and like I said before I know what it’s like to be slandered by someone who was full of crap and just out to hurt me. I won’t have any part of a slander campaign and furthermore resent the hell out of one of you trying to use me and my blog for that purpose. I’m encouraging you Tina and Mario to give me the whole story so I can make up my own mind. The way I do for you. Don’t just hand me all this bullshit either, I won’t read it all. Give me facts. Screenshots, nothing that could be considered conjecture – only facts.

P.S. Anyone who’s knowing published on the internet the others personal information needs to give the reason you thought it would be okay to violate that persons rights. Any thing you do that puts you in the wrong is going to appear vengeful, especially that type of behavior. That’s just the kind of thing that’s a big give away when looking at who the real slanderer is. But the original issue has to be considered – all this just seems like after the fact fighting. Like for example when I published that complaint on BM’s on one of her favorite complaintboard sites they actually ask for that information on the person you’re filing a complaint on but no where do they tell you on that site that those answers are going to be in public view. So that kind of mistake I can understand.
